Hydro-Pro dehumidifier absorbs moist air in the pool house and transforms it into warm, dry air.

The unit includes a defrost function to prevent icing when the temperature is below 10 degrees C.

Also included is an electric heater to raise the pool hall temperature above that of the water (1 or 2 degrees recommended), to reduce the evaporation. Hydro-Pro Dehumidifier works as an essential partner with heat pumps for indoor pools.

Installing a dehumidifier allows users to enjoy swimming in a comfortable pool house environment without problems such as wall condensation, corrosion and water damage.

Every indoor pool needs a dehumidifier. High levels of humidity left unchallenged can be a major problem in an indoor pool environment. Water evaporating from the pool or spa surface increases air humidity, and can eventually lead to mould, structural damage or collapse.

Wall hung dehumidifiers will allow you to control the moisture in your pool hall for a much lower capital cost than larger ducted systems.

A comfortable humidity level for an indoor swimming pool is 60 to 65% RH (Relative Humidity).

All models have defrost function built in.

Heat is very important within a pool hall to help keep the evaporation under control. Which is why the Hydro-Pro has a built-in electric heater.

As with all electrical equipment within a pool hall this will need to be installed to the latest IEE regulations. These are 240V so must be installed with safe zones or distances from the pool or spa water. This can mean they are installed at high level.
